\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\scroll down for english REFLEX|REFLEXIÓN the johannesburg art gallery una exposición que presenta la obra resultante del proyecto INFLUX/REFLUX/REFLEX, fruto de la colaboración y el diálogo entre artistas sudafricanos y españoles durante 2 años inauguración: a las 16h00m del domingo 24 de octubre de 2010 | clausura: domingo 16 de enero de 2011 artistas: marta fernández calvo + dorothee kreutzfeldt, juan linares and erika arzt + churchill madikida, óscar mora + james webb | comisarios: nilo casares + bronwyn lace ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::REFLEX(IÓN)::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: INFLUX/REFLUX/REFLEX es una iniciativa de la embajada de españa en sudáfrica que conecta artistas sudafricanos y españoles a través de una serie de talleres y presentaciones en ambos países. los comisarios nilo casares y bronwyn lace han trabajado conjuntamente con los artistas invitados para abordar las premisas y el contexto itinerante del proyecto. durante un período de dos años los artistas se encontraron y trabajaron en tres localizaciones direrentes durante 20 días cada vez. la primera toma de contacto fue en karoo (sudáfrica) en octubre del 2008, organizada por _map_ (richmond) junto con la _nirox foundation_ (johannesburgo), la segunda fue en valencia (españa) en septiembre del 2009, organizada por el _consorci de museus de la comunitat valenciana_ en la _sala parpalló_, y la tercera fue en las palmas de gran canaria (españa) en el _centro de arte la regenta_ en marzo de 2010, organizada por _casa áfrica_. en todos estos lugares los artistas fueron invitados a desarrolar y encontrar los términos de la colaboración a través del diálogo por parejas y con cada uno de los entornos. REFLEX|REFLEXIÓN presenta la fase final de este proyecto. repartido a través de dos años, tres lugares en dos países, dos comisarios, siete artistas y diez contribuciones institucionales. REFLEX|REFLEXIÓN presents the final phase of this process. spread across the two years, three distinct locations in two countries, two curators, seven artists and ten contributing institutions.
